The “A” model creels are specifically configured to meet the demands required by apparel yarns with B2B, C2B and B2B/C2B configurations. The C2B configurations can be supplied in a stationary or three different magazine styles. The illustration below shows all four creel configurations and the required work area necessary which is the highlighted tan area. Many factors are used in deciding which creel type is best for each application, production requirement, available space, room design and creel size. We have a creel option to meet any requirement.

The C2B creels can be designed to run 8 to 32 beams, direct warper beams and/or dye beams, journal or journal-less beams. The beams are supported on each side with frictionless ball bearings and a pneumatic loaded band brake on one side to provide consistent tension from start to final and in all running conditions.
The single beam loom beam let-off stand is designed to run the higher tensions required to size loom beams for a beam to beam (B2B) sizing configuration. A pneumatic band brake is used to create the tension with a maximum of 300kgs. The beam supports are mounted on rails and can move side to side to accommodate various width loom beams.
